I am currently looking for a proven and experienced electrical control systems design engineer to join one of the most dynamic engineering companies in the UK right now. This company have been operating for over 25 years on some of the most complex and critical industrial engineering projects.
The company's comprehensive services cover all aspects of industrial automation, including design, engineering, installation, and maintenance of control systems, SCADA systems, robotics, and more. They also offer custom software development and integration services to help businesses optimize their operations and increase productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Select and procure equipment / components in line with client specification and internal preference.
- Responsible for the detailed design of electrical control systems.
- Electrical schematics, cable schedules, and control / drive panel general arrangements.
- As-built, as-tested, as-installed, and as-commissioned documentation.
- Support Manufacturing, Installation, and Commissioning activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND / Foundation Degree / Level 5 Apprenticeship in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Excellent understanding of electrical control systems.
- Experience using EPLAN.
