JOB DESCRIPTION:
Finishing Foreman required in Wigan for at least 2 months work. This job is to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and pushing finishing trades
* Working through existing snagging lists ensuring work is completed and to a high standard.
* Overseeing project schedules and ensuring working is completed on time.
* Supervising construction workers and subcontractors.
* Reporting on project progress to senior managers
* Ensuring work is finished to the agreed standards.
* Maintaining quality control checks.
* Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise.
* Signing off and handing completed work over to the client.
Key skills
* Good eye for detail and finishes
* Knowledge of building and construction
* Good communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Understanding of site health and safety
