I have a requirement for a land, planning, person to join a well established residential developer who moved into retirement over a year ago.
They have completed their first deal and they want to grow a team by taking on someone who can help grow the pipeline. The office is in Weybridge and the expectation is for you to attend the office for 3 days in the week.
Target area is the Home Counties and the criteria is 60-80 bed care homes, 60 flats for a retirement village. By working with a variety of operators, this allows them to be very flexible with the types of deals they can make.
Salary will be £50-65,000 per year + £100,000 in commission paid on completion, based on 4 deals per year. There is no limit to the amount of deals you can make.
