Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 per year
We are looking to recruit a Plasterer to join the Property Services team in Westminster. You will be carrying out responsive and planned repairs to occupied properties, you'll undertake plastering and other trade repairs and maintenance work.
Daily responsibilities of a Plasterer are:
- Undertaking plastering and other trade repairs and maintenance
- All aspects of plastering such as dry lining, bonding, rendering, and patch plastering
- Completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job
Requirements of a Plasterer are:
- Level 2 Technical Certificate in Plastering
- Level 3 Advanced Technical Diploma in Plastering (450)
- Full UK Driving Licence
