Job Title: Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care Assessor
Main purpose of job:
Salary :£26,000
* The overall aim is to deliver teaching, training and assessment, advice and support to learners undertaking the Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care across England
* Ensure that all learners are working within time guidelines.
* Ensure teaching and learning starts on day 1 and is continuous throughout the length of the learning journey.
* Demonstrate excellent time management skills and be able to deliver work on time, working to strict deadlines.
* Manage employer expectations, build close relationships with employers.
* Manage their caseload to minimise early leavers in line with KPIs.
* Manage their caseload to achieve 90% success rate
* Managing a caseload of 50 learners at any one time
* This role has travel within England.
Accountability:
* Accountable for: Caseload of learners and employer relations, as well as personal KPI's
* Accountable for: Compliance on the completion of all ESFA paperwork
* Accountable for: Completing and remaining up to date with Mandatory Training
General Duties and Responsibilities:
* To contribute to the strategic direction and operational effectiveness
* Ensure the responsibilities of the post are carried out in a way that reflects the standards, vision and values of employers
* Deliver on key performance indicators and aim to deliver continuous improvement
* To proactively promote Safeguarding, Prevent and British Values, EDI, Health and Safety and the well-being of all our learners and staff
* To maintain regular CPD in all areas of your delivery
Role related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience required:
Desirable / Essential:
* Occupational competency within Health and Social Care (Essential)
* Qualified to D32/33 or A1 or TAQA Assessors qualifications.
* Basic office IT knowledge (including most Microsoft Office packages).
* Excellent communication skills (at all levels).
* Able to work to targets and deadlines
* Able to work as part of a team reporting to line manager and liaise with employers providing up to date progression data.
* Experience and knowledge of teaching, training and assessment.
