JOB DESCRIPTION:
Finishing Foreman required in Birmingham starting ASAP- previous experience essential.
This Foreman contract will be ongoing with the opportunity to go perm, with hours being 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday and the potential option to work overtime at the weekends. This will be working on void properties, completing snagging work and overseeing the project. You will also be required to help with the painting, so painting experience is essential.
Requirements for the role
- SMSTS
- 3 years MIN supervising trades
- Painting experience
- Drivers licence
- Own vehicle
