My client is currently looking to recruit an accounts assistant to work for an established civil engineering company based in Durham.

A 4 week temporary contract.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a similar job sector, ideally with a background in construction or civil engineering

Job Information

  • This is a full time role. 8.30 - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30 - 4pm Fridays
  • 4 Week cover
  • Role is to start ASAP
  • Parking Available on site
  • Rate negotiable

Job Role

  • Working within a team for the accounts department, basic admin duties
  • Account system used by company is Zero; used for data entry, raising invoices and ensuring all receipts and payments are logged.
  • Assisting with Analysing cash flow & forecasting
  • Assisting with payroll
  • Will be supported by external accounting firm for EOY accounts
  • Assisting with payments and recordings of data
