Salary: £27,500.00 per year
We are currently recruiting for a Painter and Decorator to join the property services team for a Housing Developer. You will be carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties within social housing.
The hours required are 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities of a Painter and Decorator are:
- Mould washing
- Painting and Decorating
- Repairing patching of plaster and replacing small areas of tiles
- Using PDAs / mobiles to complete works, key communications, and updates.
Requirements of a Painter and Decorator are:
- Full UK Driving Licence (minimum of 12 months)
- NVQ Level 2 Painting and Decorating
- Previous experience in a similar role and it would be advantageous if you also have experience within the social housing sector
