Customer Care Coordinator Job in Bristol
A Customer Care Coordinator job working for a UK Top 10 Housebuilder in their Bristol office. Our client is looking to speak to candidates with experience in Customer Service facing roles with experience in the new build sector. This role is offering a salary of up to £25,000.
Spread across nearly 15 regions with over 2,000 employees, our client is recognised as one of the biggest housebuilders in the UK. They are now looking for a Coordinator to extend their Customer Care team in Bristol.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prioritise the customer throughout the business and be the first point of contact with the customer once completion
- Answer calls and report issues accurately and consistently
- Assist the Head of Customer Service and Customer Service Manager with day-to-day business and requirements
- Work within guidelines of the NHBC/Premier guarantee
- Manage customer expectations through outlining the situation, next steps, and potential outcomes clearly
- Ensure Maintenance Technicians diaries are always fully utilized
- Produce and maintain plot files.
Required Skills & Experience
- Literate in the use of IT
- Housebuilder background would be desirable
- Full UK Driving License.
