Landscape Architect Job in Plymouth, Devon

We are currently working with an AJ100 Practice that has a Landscape Architect job now available. This practice is passionate about the welfare and happiness of its team and offers hybrid and flexible working options plus a range of other benefits.

An ambitious Landscape Architect is required to join a registered practice with the Landscape Institute and with teams located throughout the regional multi-disciplinary offices across the UK.

This multi-disciplinary practice has a talented landscape team that consists of skilled Landscape Architects and Technicians based throughout the UK offices working with both external and internal architectural clients. They are involved in a range of exciting projects and commissions from rural to urban settings and work on a variety of project types, sectors, and scales.

They are now seeking a Landscape Architect to join the team in Plymouth.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Offer support to the senior team on design and production packages
  • Working directly with clients
  • Production of designs that protect and enhance the natural environment
  • Create quality graphics using Adobe suite
  • Assist in taking projects through planning applications
  • Working with internal and external teams.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Possess a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience
  • Confidence to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite and have a good ability in hand drawing and Revit
  • Working in a team and with other designers
  • Ability to detail and provide technical support
  • Horticultural knowledge and planting design
  • Experience in taking projects through successful planning applications.
