8:30am - 5:30pm
Permanent position
£28,000 Per Annum
Must have previous helpdesk experience
Duties for the Helpdesk Coordinator:
- To manage incoming reactive maintenance help desk jobs on various contracts:
- Raising, allocating, reviewing and signing off.
 
 - Liaising with engineers
 - Input data on to the system
 - Monitor the system and progress both reactive and PPM jobs
 - Ensure KPI's are maintained at 95% or higher
 - Cost jobs on the system
 - Chase subcontractors for completion paperwork and file as directed
 
Skills needed for the Help Desk Operator:
- Must have helpdesk experience, preferably in a similar industry
 - Confident, calm, logical approach, organised - the working environment can be quite fast paced
 - Computer literate
 - Excellent telephone manner
 
Hours of work - 08:30 - 17:30 (with an hour for lunch)
