Location: Gloucester & Southwest England, will be agile working to begin with until the new compound is built you will then be required on site in the Southwest
Contract: Permanent Fulltime.
Salary: £70k-95k
Responsibilities
As a commercial manager, you'll be responsible for all aspects of commercial management on projects forming part of National Highways RDP framework
Your day to day will include:
- ensure commercial controls are in place for all work undertaken
- implement commercial practise in line with Kier's commercial standards
- manage risks associated with delivery of all workstreams
- report risks, financial performance and progress to the senior leadership team
Who are we looking for?
This role of commercial manager is great for you if have:
- academic and professional qualifications
- experience managing major civil engineering projects with values in excess of £250m+
