What will the role look like?

Report directly to the Commercial Leader on phase 1 of a large infrastructure project with key responsibilities including;

  • The negotiation of key subcontracts (£5m+ e/a in value)
  • Subsequent management of those packages in the construction phase
  • High level of input into the financial reporting for the project.

What skills are we looking for?

  • Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in a Construction Infrastructure environment.
  • Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor having managed a £25m project area.
  • A Strong understanding of NEC form of contract.
