Architectural Project Manager Job in Austin, Texas

New requirement for an Architectural Project Manager job based at our client's office in Austin, Texas. The position will see you work across a wide range of industry typologies, collaborating with a team of creatives and a competitive salary of circa $110,000.

Our client is an award-winning architecture and design firm with over 100 employees across their four office locations. This role is based in their Austin office, working alongside a team of 15. The practice covers a wide range of industry types including, corporate interiors, aviation, healthcare, education, hospitality, sports, and more. Due to continued success, they're now looking to expand their team with an Architectural Project Manager, Project Architect, or Project Manager, with 10+ years of experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and implement the project's design intent through construction documentation and construction administration
  • Take the lead as a technical expert for the project team
  • Liaise with external consultants and clients, when necessary
  • Assist with and prepare code review summaries
  • Understand and interpret client briefs to ensure accuracy and design feasibility
  • Manage production schedules alongside the Project Architect
  • Oversee contracts with consultants and clients
  • Project invoicing.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in architecture or architectural project management
  • Degree qualified in architecture and licensed in Texas
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Proven work experience on projects up to $100 million
  • Ability to lead a team.
