We're looking for Civils Project Manager to join our HMP Glasgow project team in a key role to deliver high value enabling works and civils packages throughout the project. This is a great opportunity to be involved in one of the largest construction projects in Scotland, working with a high performing team delivering a key facility for Glasgow.





Location: Glasgow

Contract: Permanent



Responsibilities:



The civils project manager will be responsible for leading on design and delivery of engineering packages on site on site, overseeing specialist sub-contractors to deliver safely against programme and quality standards. The ideal individual will be required to demonstrate technically ability and prior experience of delivering large earthworks, retention structures, contamination, and remediation within a main contracting organisation.





What are we looking for:



· Demonstrable experience delivering civil engineering projects / packages in a project lead / manager role.

· Expert knowledge of delivery under NEC and JCT contract conditions

· IT literacy including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email.

· Experience of using ASTA Power Project or Microsoft Project.

· Analytical & problem-solving skills, ability to identify and mitigate project risks
