Clear Engineering are working closely with one of the largest BMS and HVAC integrators across Ireland. This company are a market leading integrator with operations across Europe, specialising within the critical industries sector. As a Speicalist Works Project Manager you will be in charge of projects between €10,000 - €1,000,000 whether that be in BMS projects, HVAC projects or multi trade projects. With an impressive client portfolio if you're looking to work closely with some of the largest playes within the mission critical industry then this role is for you.
As a result of ongoing success and growth within the controls market across Europe, they're looking to grow and expand their team. This opportunity suits someone who is looking to upskill and develop their career within a thriving company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be ultimately responsible for the successful delivery of all project, retrofit and maintenance work within the stated region
- Be ultimately responsible for client satisfaction for all works delivered within the stated region, and liaison with clients to set expectations where issues occur
- Oversee projects to completion, on time and on budget and to the satisfaction of all parties.
Background Required:
- Engineering, Project Management, Building Services, or equivalent qualification.
- Proven track record of Services, Maintenance or Project Management in the built environment.
- Good understanding of automation, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations.
