We're looking for a Supervisor to join our Facilities Management Team working on our Home Office contract. Within this role, you can enjoy family friendly policies, access to both Cycle to Work and Green Car schemes and even more.
Locations: Manston, Kent
Contract: Full time - Permanent contract - 40 hours per week
Responsibilities
As a Supervisor you'll be working within the Facilities Management Team supporting the delivery of a soft & hard services facilities management service for the client, ensuring the continuous operational availability of the buildings across the contract.
Your day to day will include:
Ensuring there is clear communication with workforce, customers, line management, office support staff and subcontractors
Being responsible for the delivery of services in line with contract KPI's/SLA's
Planning and prioritising PPM scheduling workload for engineers and supply chain
Ensuring all monthly reports and forms are completed and forwarded to appropriate departments and clients
Maintaining and improving effective working relationships with colleagues, clients and customers

Due to the nature of this contract, this role requires a Government Counter Terrorism Check (CTC) Clearance, which takes place during your employment and can take between 1-6 months to complete.
