Customer Care Coordinator Job in Chelmsford, Essex

Customer Care Coordinator job working for a premium real estate developer in their office in Chelmsford. Our client is looking to speak to candidates with experience in property and customer services. This role is offering a salary of up to £30,000 + Bonus.

Established over 40 years ago and with nearly 100 employees, this housebuilder has gained an exceptional reputation of delivering sustainable homes throughout the South East.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the Sales Team, and purchasers to arrange home demonstrations, welcoming visits and settling in visits
  • Report into the Customer Service Manager
  • Liaise quickly and effectively with Management, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure any defects and issues are closed out quickly
  • Correspond with purchasers through the handover process to the end of the warranty period
  • Always act in an expert manner and liaise with customers or potential customers professionally.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in property is preferred
  • Literate in IT
  • Strong communication skills
  • Full UK driving license.
