Customer Care Operative Job in Cambridgeshire
Customer Care Operative job working for a premium real estate developer which will be based in Chelmsford and covering developments in Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire. Our client is looking to speak to candidates with specific experience in the new homes or housing association sector. This role is offering a salary of up to £40,000 + Bonus + Van + Fuel Card.
Established over 40 years ago and with nearly 100 employees, this housebuilder has gained an exceptional reputation of delivering sustainable homes throughout the South East. They are now looking for an experienced Maintenance Operative to join the team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring all raised repairs are completed in a timely manner and to the standard expected
- Take instruction from Line Manager, ensuring all appointments are attended on time and any materials needed are sourced before starting
- Liaise with customers, colleagues, and contractors to ensure repairs are completed first time.
- Resolve all defects/snagging items when required in a timely manner and standard
- Ensure all works carried out are signed off by the customer with evidence prior and after
- Act professionally at all times, and always abide by the company policies.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in New Build property or HA is essential
- Multi-Trade experience
- 'Magic Man' experience would be advantageous
- Full UK driving license is essential.
