Architectural Technologist Job in Harrogate, North Yorkshire

Architectural Technologist job in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. This role would involve working primarily on healthcare, residential and retail projects.

The practice was established over 50 years ago, with 2 offices made up of over 20 staff. They are now looking for an Architectural Technologist to join their inclusive and collaborative practice. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to diversify their own portfolio and experience in a supportive environment. The practices portfolio displays a diverse range of projects across residential, healthcare, sport & leisure, retail and education.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Run through all RIBA stages from concept to completion
  • Collaborate with team and report directly to project leaders
  • Responsible for design of new construction packages
  • Production of Technical drawing packages.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Candidates must have minimum 3 years PQE
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
  • Technical delivery experience of projects
  • Healthcare experience is desirable.
