Description

Experienced Electrical Engineers will enjoy working for this leading M&E contractor. This client have recently been awarded a brand new project in the Netherlands following the successful completion of another project in London for the same client. This role will see the successful candidate have the opportunity to work the project from cradle to grave.

Engage in Pre-construction Engineering activities and liaise with all parties to ensure the smooth & efficient delivery of a Data Centre project for leading provider. A fantastic opportunity to further your technical expertise on a fast-track project in The Netherlands. This is a great chance for the successful candidate to join a progressive environment and take on additional responsibility throughout the project.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, review and coordinate drawings
  • Advise and guide the sub-contracted staff on all technical aspects of the project
  • Prioritise and allocate the work for the staff on the technical team
  • Ensure sub-contractor compliance with all site and project requirements, including operational health and safety obligations
  • Apply troubleshooting techniques to identify problems and apply corrective actions
  • Manage document control to ensure all logs are kept up to date
  • Create handover packs and test packs for systems
  • Manage relevant client communications

Requirements

  • Degree qualification in electrical engineering
  • 2-5 years' experience in construction
  • Data Centre experience is required
  • Must be able to work and travel freely in the EU
