Location: London with hybrid working available (4x days in the office, 1x day WFH)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: Up to £40k + 26 days of annual leave + Benefits
Responsibilities
As a Quality and Performance Advisor, you'll provide technical and administrative support to Quality, Performance and Continuous Improvement activities in the TKJV area of north London. This role is predominantly based across our TFL and London Borough of Barnet Response contract and will require cross-functional support to other business units and involve travel to other base locations.
Your day to day will include:
· Management of contract KPIs, ensuring our KPI commitments are met, monitoring and identifying risks to KPI delivery and mitigating risk via implementation of corrective action plans
· Compiling various performance-based reports, gathering information from various teams, analysing trends in the data and providing insights via visualisations and presentations to internal teams and external clients
· Management of audit programme, undertaking audits to ensure compliance with business policies and ISO standards and communicating finding through audit reports
· Administration of contract IMS, ensuring ISO accredited integrated management systems meet contract needs, identifying and implementing changes to improve the IMS
· Ensuring all processes are mapped out, implementing guidance documents, workshops and action plans to support various contract teams
What are we looking for?
This role of Quality and Performance Advisor is great for you if you have:
· Experience of auditing, quality management and understanding of ISO standards (such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
· Experience with performance management, measuring success against defined targets and management of risk to delivery
· Ability to work on own initiative, demonstrating good organisational skills with a methodical approach towards delivering tasks within defined timescales
