Location: Gloucester, Gloucestershire
Contract: Permanent, Fulltime
Salary: Up to £39k + Company Car + 26 days of annual leave + Benefits
Responsibilities
As a Site Engineer, you'll work in conjunction with the Site Team to ensure construction is carried out accurately, quality is maintained, records are kept, abortive or defective work is avoided, and that satisfactory progress is achieved.
Your day to day will include:
· Responsibility for setting out works constructed within allowable tolerances
· Ensuring the workforce understands the setting out information and that it is suitable for the type of work being carried out
· Regularly checking the setting out points, benchmarks, setting out instruments and measuring equipment
· Provide and maintain setting out and dimensional control to ensure accurate construction of the work
· Assisting in managing systems to record the quality of work completed, testing workmanship and materials
