My client is a reputable main contracting company with a strong presence in the construction industry.

As they continue to expand our portfolio, they are seeking a skilled and experienced M&E Project Manager to join their team.

What does a M&E Project Manager role entail?

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans related to M&E works, ensuring cost-effective solutions and timely delivery.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, identify, and resolve any technical issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction phase.
  • Collaborate with other project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients, to facilitate effective communication and alignment on M&E requirements.
  • Lead and manage a team of M&E engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional growth.

Requirements for the M&E Project Manager role:

  • SMSTS
  • CSCS
  • Proven experience as an M&E Project Manager within the construction industry, ideally with a main contracting company.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Degree or trade qualified in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering
