Our client, a main contractor that specialize in Reactive, Planned, Regeneration, and Disrepairs works to Social Housing Properties UK wide, require a Planner to join their team in central Birmingham.
Regeneration
- They are a leading provider of regeneration services in the UK - covering everything from community regeneration and refurbishment to repairs, maintenance, and housing development.
Planned & reactive maintenance.
- They respond to thousands of calls each year, including emergency repair requests and works order queries. It's a huge responsibility and one they take seriously.
- A core area they're our expertise lies in delivering planned and reactive maintenance across all our regions. As well as dis repair works.
Duties:
- Liaising with Site team to deliver disrepair work on the Midland Heart contract across central Birmingham.
Salary & Package:
- £24-26k Hours of work - #####-##### Monday- Friday 26 days holiday 5+ 3 pension Mileage HMRC tax rate Life assurance
