We're looking for a Site Engineer to join our Major Projects team in Oxford to assist in managing the technical compliance of the project to the design specification, and to meet the required quality, time, and safely expectations of the project (section).
Location: Oxford Station
Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Responsibilities
In this exciting Site Engineer role, you'll assist in preparing as-built drawings and managing systems to enable the progress of work to be reviewed. You'll provide engineering support to make sure technical issues are resolved and you will be responsible for setting out works. You'll aid in recording and testing workmanship and materials, as well as regularly check the setting out points. The Site Engineer will make sure all setting out works are delivered to site with the required certificates.
Your day to day will include:
· Assisting in the preparation of 'as-built drawings.
· Establishing effective systems to record work completed, update the Project Quality Plan accordingly
· Assist in managing systems to enable the progress of work to be reviewed against time, quality, dimensions, and quantity
· Supporting in the recording and testing of workmanship and materials
· Assist in providing engineering support to ensure technical problems are overcome and technical queries are answered?

· Competent judgement and problem-solving skills?
· Commercial and contractual awareness, with the ability to liaise in a professional manner with client, client representatives, public??
· Related HNC/Degree or equivalent?
