Quantity Surveyor Jobs - London UK Jobs Our client is a leading Cost Consultancy / PQS / Quantity Surveying practice with offices across the UK. SALARY £54-£72,000 REQUIREMENTS The successful candidate will have cost consultancy experience as a Quantity Surveyor / PQS with a well-known cost consultancy organisation. This role is for a Quantity Surveyor looking to move to a Senior role. Or an established Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a change of role. Candidates should have experience in the UK with a Cost Consultancy and ideally be located in the London area, however, our client would also be happy to hear from candidates who wish to relocate to the London area to work with a great consultancy. You will have the ability to manage your own projects. Some experience mentoring less senior members of the team would be ideal. In addition, the experience of a combination of the following sector projects such as Mixed Use Commercial, Residential Healthcare or Civils Candidates should have a Degree Qualification, either a BSc in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management. MRICS would also be desirable but is not essential as long as you are currently working towards your APC ( Assessment of professional competence) UK Nationals or those with a current right to live and work in the UK.
