Location: Flexible in close proximity to London, (hybrid working with travel to multiple sites primarily southern based)

Contract Type: Permanent (3 days per week only)
Key Responsibilities
In this exciting role, you will support the HR Business Partner with key business projects, restructure and TUPE transfers across our Housing Maintenance and Functional teams within Kier Places. You will deliver an efficient operational HR service to support employee relations activity as well as to provide management with advice and support in disciplinary, grievance and appeal situations, including support in meetings and active case management. You will pro-actively work within the HR Shared Service to provide people, career and Talent Management in order to drive and support the business.
What are we looking for?
Ideally, you'll be CIPD qualified or working towards your accreditation in addition to practical experience of working with TUPE processes. You will have demonstrable experience in disciplinary/grievance procedures and change management to support the HR delivery across a medium/large scale organisation. You'll be fully versed with employee legislation and have previous exposure to HR elements and worked with multiple senior stakeholders and a practical approach to resolving issues.
