This forward thinking business carries out multi-million pound projects within a variety of sectors in the industrial engineering and manufacturing industry. Due to further growth within the UK and future ambitious goals, they are looking to recruit an operations director to help drive their growth and take the business to the next level.
Your role as an Operations Director:
* Manage and oversee both the project management and engineering parts of the company.
* Overseeing multiple projects at one time (10 to 15) - Projects valued up to £20 million.
* Financial and budget management
* Substantial travel to clients sites and providing direct oversight on Projects
As Operations Director you will need to have:
* Experience as a operations director / projects director or similar - within an engineering / manufacturing / oil and gas capacity
* Experience running a large engineering projects
* Extensive mechanical or electrical engineering experience and knowledge
* Must live commutable to Birmingham (within 1.5 hour travel)
