  • Material Requirements Planning.

  • Managing planning & logistics controllers
  • Improving performance.
  • Leading a team of planners.
  • Improving days of inventory on hand.
  • Developing working relationships.
  • Integrating new products and programmes in planning and logistics processes.
  • 5S+.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Lean and Six Sigma knowledge.
  • Leadership / management skills.
  • Leading change processes.
  • MRP/ERP competence.
  • Microsoft office competence.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience implementing new processes and procedures.
  • PC and data analysis.
  • Inventory management tools.
  • CPIM qualification desirable.
