- Salary: €55000 - €60000

- Supporting the Operations Manager to ensure safe operational performance by leading staff, ensuring positive wellbeing and adherence to all site rules
- Continuously promoting Health & Safety in the workplace
- Working to PTK Health & Safety standards through training / housekeeping and machinery maintenance
- Supporting the Operation manager to ensure the weekly operations plan is in place to meet customer requirement
- Review refurbishment and rectification hours/costs on a regular basis and always looking to improve manufacturing efficiencies
- Weekly capacity planning and forecasting essential
- Work across multiple departments to ensure the smooth running of all operational activities
- Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing techniques
- Developing and training team members to create a highly motivated and engaged workforce
- Responsible for communication including business updates, department updates, continuous site improvement updates as appropriate.
- Responsible for communicating with external stakeholders such as Customers / Suppliers and contractors
- To perform investigations and identification of Customer Complaint root cause and countermeasure implementation, achieving and exceeding complaint targets within 28 days after dispatch
- Carry out a "Yard Walks" to inspect final product for Quality control purposes
- Apply continuous improvement techniques to drive performance
- To support and coach the Charge Hand on the day-to-day management of Colleagues
- To coordinate production reviews throughout the week, keeping a track on manufacturing throughput and efficiencies (KPIs), and producing reports to be shown on KPI communal boards

- Practical operational / manufacturing experience potentially within a project co-ordination or supervision role in a multi-trade environment
- Experience in leading, developing and motivating staff
- Excellent organisational skills and able to work effectively and efficiently
- A full Irish driving licence
- Educated to Leaving Cert standard or equivalent - a Degree (or equivalent) in Construction / Project Management or related studies would be beneficial
