We are working with an exciting construction and property consultancy growing their sustainability team in London. This role is Principal Netzero and Sustainability Strategy Consultant and the salary offering is £60K - £80K depending on the candidate. The role is mostly strategy focussed but with some assessment and implementation elements. The company work on large and impactful projects across the UK and further affield.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop strategies for Net Zero Carbon, building certification, and health & well-being
- Maintain up to date knowledge of low carbon technologies
- Provide regular design advice to clients
About you:
- Understanding of the UK construction sector and recent net zero policies and regulations
- Passionate about sustainability and net zero
- Experience developing and implementing sustainability strategy in the built environment.
- Experience of BREEAM, LEED or WELL is preferable but not required.
