Fabric Technician

Location: Commercial Sites based across Wiltshire
Contract: Permanent, Full time- flexible hours available if desired, just let us know
Hours: Monday to Friday. 8am-5pm (Plus scheduled Out of Hours Call Out Rota)
Responsibilities
As a Fabric Technician, you'll be working within the Maintenance team, supporting them in PPM and reactive maintenance across the Wiltshire Council contract.
Your day to day will include:
- General fault finding and repair to sanitary-ware, drainage above and below ground and building fabric components and architecture.
- Maintain up to date records of all work carried out on plant and equipment within the site manuals, both hard copy files and electronic.
- Joinery, tiling, flooring, locking and minor roof repairs as and when required
- To participate within an out of normal working hours emergency call out rota and be flexible outside of core working hours.
What are we looking for?
This role of Fabric Technician is great for you if:
- You have previous Multi Skilled Trades experience in a commercial setting
- You have worked on a mobile contract across a number of sites
- You have a full, clean driving license
- You have a CSCS card
