A Senior Land and Development Manager role with a leading national construction consultancy, working with clients in the Housing sector.
We're looking for an experienced candidate from a Development Management, Land Acquisition background or similar, perhaps within a Housing Association or a Developer within the Housing sector. The successful candidate will be working with clients in this sector presenting land development opportunities to them.
Needless to say this role will require someone with good knowledge of the land and development appraisal process within this sector. This is a new service line for my client, but as they are already well established within this sector and have an extremely broad range of clients there is a great opportunity for someone to build on these relationships. This service will sit well alongside their existing offer to clients in what has been an extremely successful team over recent years.
