We are looking to recruit a Project Administrator support the Groundworks division at our Leeds Hire & Service Centre. The successful candidate could be based at our Trafford Park site (M17 1AW) depending on their location . As a Project Administrator you will provide administrative support and assistance as part of the Groundworks team in the management of commercial opportunities, delivery of projects and operations of the Groundworks business unit. You will undertake administrative tasks, produce & manage documentation and complete or assist with reporting requirements associated with the general management of the area/region/business unit as applicable. Role Details * Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 * Role based: Leeds, LS12 6LZ * Contract type: Permanent * Annual leave: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Role Responsibilities * Manage correspondence, documentation and information relating to commercial opportunities and the delivery of projects to assist the Groundworks Managers and Groundworks Site Controllers. * Have and maintain an awareness of project budgets and assist maintaining an accurate record of forecasted and actual costs utilising available resources i.e. SAP. * Provide administrative support as required to ensure compliance with all legislation, codes of practice, industry guidelines and/or Company procedure/Policies relating to Health and Safety. * Complete administrative tasks in accordance with process where applicable to maintain the operations of the area / region / business unit as required i.e. Area Logs. * Effectively use internal systems (e.g. SAP) to process information, identify issues and ensure accurate record keeping / compliance with audit requirements. * Liaise with the Groundworks team, Hire division teams, subcontractors and other stakeholders as appropriate to develop strong working relationships, ensure tasks are completed within agreed timescales and meet required standards. * Assist with managing resources to ensure site visits are coordinated and planned efficiently. Our Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who has: * GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4 or above (or equivalent grade). * Solid understanding of various software packages including MS Excel and PowerPoint. * Strong administrative experience in a client facing role. * Proven organisation & planning skills.
