Due to rapid and consistent growth, they now have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Adviser to join their growing business on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be required to act as a main point of contact for customer and suppliers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working within customer service and thrives working within a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi task and prioritise multiple projects.

Job Responsibilities:
Answering inbound phone calls
Dealing with customer service queries
Updating customers with delivery dates
Liaising with suppliers
Updating inhouse CRM system
Order inputting
Order chasing
General Administration duties
Technical Knowledge / Qualifications:
Ideally, 1 - 2 years working within a similar role is essential.
Previous experience using CRM systems and working to KPI's is essential.
Must be a strong communicator who can build relationships at various levels.
Microsoft proficient
Report writing skills
Excellent telephone manner.
Own transport is essential due to location.
