We're looking for a Technical Administrator to join our Regional Civils team to help deliver our sustainable drainage project in Mansfield. Within this role you can enjoy 26 days annual leave, sharesave scheme, family friendly policies and even more.

YOU will play an important part in the latest water drainage technology with Mother Nature. Responsibilities of a Technical Administrator

To support the site team with administrative functions to ensure the project runs in a timely and organised manner.

· Assisting the site team with the placing or supplier orders, accounting, and commercial administrative functions on the project

· You will manage goods received notes, including collection from site, collation/task code/validation and GRN system entry (Plant & Materials)

· Invoice verification, where system applicable, including invoice matching and processing, invoice queries, and exception handling

· Recording and processing of payroll information, labour allocation, labour-only subcontractors including, assisting with cost monitoring, and reporting including and general duties.



What do we need from you?

· Computer literate, with experience of Microsoft Office including Excel

· Ideally have knowledge and practical understanding of finance systems

· Ideally familiar with procurement processes

· Attention to detail

· Time management
