Salary: £35,000.00 per year
We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Operative (Plumbing Bias) with strong multi-skilled experience to join the housing repairs team in a mobile role on behalf of Epsom and Ewell Council.
The hours required are 42.5 hours a week.
Daily responsibilities of a Maintenance Operative are:
- Installing sanitary ware
- Flushing
- Laying pipework
- Tracing leaks
- Conducting legionella testing
- Fire alarm testing
- Repairing locks
Requirements of a Maintenance Operative are:
- Full UK Driving Licence (clean)
- DBS checked
- Level 2 NVQ Plumbing
