Position: Contracts Manager

Our client, a leading Main Contractor with projects across Ireland, are now recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join the team.
My client has a portfolio of projects that include, pharma, retail, commercial, and industrial projects to name a few.
This role will cover projects across the Eastern Region and report to the Construction Director.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the delivery of the project from the start through to completion.
- Ensuring Health and Safety standards are always adhered to on site.
- Managing all contractual issues to minimise any risk to the company.
- Liaising with Senior Management Team, Client, Design teams, Consultant, Architects etc.
- Ensuring all works are carried out to contract requirements.
- Attending client and design team meetings weekly/ monthly.
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant Third level Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or the equivalent.
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in a Senior role with a Main Contractor in Ireland or UK.
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager running large scale construction projects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Has comprehensive knowledge of the construction industry and project execution.
