Salary: £34,600.00 per year

We are looking for a Window and Door Engineer to assist in the reactive repairs and maintenance of social housing and void operations in Staines.

Daily responsibilities of a Window and Door Engineer are:

  • Undertaking responsive maintenance and/or planned works within occupied and void properties
  • Measure and replace double-glazed units
  • Repair and replace doors, windows, handles, and locks
  • Re-align/toe and heel
  • Doors and openers
  • Updating PDA devices with key information and work schedules

Requirements of a Window and Door Engineer are:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Previous experience within social housing or a fast-paced repairs environment
