Salary: £34,600.00 per year

We are looking for a Multi Trade Operative to assist in the reactive repairs and maintenance of social housing and void operations in West London.

Daily responsibilities of a Multi Trade Operative are:

  • Undertaking responsive maintenance and/or planned works such as kitchen and bathroom replacements on occupied and void properties
  • Updating PDA devices with key information and work schedules

Requirements of a Multi Trade Operative are:

  • NVQ Level 2 or above in Carpentry, Plumbing, or Plastering (preferable)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Previous experience within the responsive maintenance environment
  • Asbestos Awareness (desirable)
