We're looking for a Schemes Delivery Manager to join our Transportation team based in Radlett. Location: Radlett, Hertfordshire with hybrid working available
Contract: Permanent, Full Time (We can offer this role as either full time or part time, please specify in your application)
Salary: Up to £60k + Company Car + Benefits

Responsibilities

As a Schemes Delivery Manager, you'll assist Borough Manager with all small works delivery and you'll be accountable for the planning of workloads, allocation of resources and small works delivered in the London boroughs.

Your day to day will include:

· Managing the delivery of all small works originating from the client team

· Performing site visits to aid with the delivery of the small works and to better communicate the required works to all involved parties

· Ensuring the delivery of small works does not interfere with any external service providers

· Liaising with various internal departments to obtain any required technical approvals, identifying and restraints that apply to works

· Compiling scheme folders and maintain organised internal filing system



Who are we looking for?

This role of Schemes Delivery Manager is great for you if you have:

· Industry qualification or the equivalent experience

· Good experience of working within highways industry including knowledge of network operations and scheme delivery

· CITB, SMSTS qualification and CSCS Gold Card or higher
