Our Company has a brilliant opportunity for a skilled Electrical Test Engineer to join a small testing team within a Global Testing Company. They will be completing electrical safety evaluations within a laboratory test house which must be to standard and within set timescales. Completing and reviewing test reports will be an important aspect to the role.
REPORTS TO: Laboratory Manager
The Role:
- Completing electrical safety evaluations whilst ensuring standards and timescales are met.
- Maintaining company guidelines on assigned projects.
- Provide customers and management with project updates.
- Liaise with customers for both calls and meetings.
The Person:
- Relevant Electrical / Electronic qualifications.
- Experience and knowledge in one or more safety standards (IEC/EN ##### / UL153 etc…)
- Effective communication skills.
- Good I.T experience (Excel, word etc)
- Ability to break down components and find faults.
- Product safety testing background.
