Part II Architectural Assistant Job in Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex

We are currently working with an architectural practice who focus on private residential projects. Due to continued success, they have a new Part II Architectural assistant job available.

Based near Shoreham the practice is currently made up of members of staff working on residential projects ranging in value from £300k up to £10 million. As part of a larger construction group, they pride themselves on being able to offer a full service from concept to handover to their clients. Due to ongoing success they are now seeking an Part II Architectural Assistant to join the team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Working under the supervision of the Project Architect
  • Assisting on stages 1 - 6
  • Working on planning and technical drawings
  • Using AutoCAD on a daily basis
  • Projects are mainly private residential projects valued up to £10 million.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Part II qualified
  • Current knowledge and up to date experience of UK building regulations
  • Experience in using AutoCAD, Sketchup and Lumion
  • Ability to use Photoshop and NBS is highly beneficial
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Due to the location of the office, you would require your own transport.

What you get back

  • £22,000 - £28,000
  • Hybrid working - 3 days from work per week
  • Flexible working hours
