Responsibilities



With a long pipeline of projects across Education, Leisure, Healthcare, MOJ, MOD , Commercial and Heritage there is a great range of works to get involved with.

The Project Manager will be responsible for delivery, managing site teams and internal and external stakeholders to ensure safe operations and that projects are completed safely, on time and to the highest standards. Values can range from £10M - £60M + with delivery under NEC and JCT conditions.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Experience in leading delivery on projects of significant value.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing project budgets and programmes
  • Demonstrable experience of leading project teams effectively
  • Strong communication skills, ability to collate and produce reports for leadership
  • Expert knowledge of delivery under NEC and JCT contract conditions
  • IT literacy including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email.
  • Experience of using ASTA Power Project or Microsoft Project.
  • Analytical & problem-solving skills, ability to identify and mitigate project risks
