We're looking for an Architectural Project Manager to join our Hinkley Point C team based in Bridgwater, Somerset. Within this role you can enjoy 26 days annual leave, sharesave scheme, family friendly policies and even more.

Responsibilities

As an Architectural Project Manager, you'll be working within the Hinkley Point C team, supporting them in building of classified structures at Hinkley Point C. You will report into the Construction Manager and the Senior Project Manager, with one direct report to you.

Your day to day will include:

  • Being in charge of the fit out and envelope packages, and forecasting project works.
  • You will be co-ordinating with MEP structures, and managing supply change including design coordinator / consultant
  • Stakeholder management - including Senior Management and the Client
  • Management of all teams on site - including Site Supervisors/Operational Teams/Sub-contractors
  • Ensure the project is running in line with clients needs


What are we looking for?

This role of Architectural Project Manager is great for you if:

  • Relevant qualification (Management qualification / NVQ L3 / HNC / Degree)
  • Chartership with ICE or working towards
  • Excellent communication and project management skills including leading and managing technical teams within a competitive business environment.
