What does a Planned Works Site Manager role entail?

  • Manage and oversee residential construction sites, with a particular emphasis on internal and external fire stopping and fire protection activities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress and implementing necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure that fire safety measures are effectively implemented and meet the required standards.
  • Lead and inspire on-site teams, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest levels of workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment required for fire stopping and protection works.

Requirements for the Planned Works Site Manager role:

  • Proven track record as a Residential Site Manager, specifically in planned works related to fire stopping and fire protection.
  • In-depth knowledge of fire safety regulations, building codes, and industry best practices.
  • CSCS
  • SMSTS
  • Previous experience working on residential projects
