We're looking for an Electrician to join our Utilities team based from our Stoke on Trent office on our Severn Trent contact. Within this role you'll be assisting in the Electrical team on projects relating to electrical installation, maintenance, testing, inspecting and fault diagnosis of all fixed circuits.



Location: mobile role, based from the Stoke on Trent office

Contract: Permanent, Full Time - flexible and part-time hours may be available, just let us know



Responsibilities

As Electrician, you'll be working within the Utilities Team, supporting them in various Electrical projects across the department, particularly the Fixed Wire Testing contract.


Your day to day will include:


  • Assisting the electrical team to install maintain and enhance electrical systems and components
  • Inspect, test and diagnose faults on electrical systems.
  • Implementing and complying with Kier Group's SHE policy and procedures, all legal requirements, and best practice within the Business Unit and areas.


What are we looking for?


This role of Electrician is great for you if you:

  • Have completed an electrical apprenticeship and/or hold relevant electrical qualifications in installing and commissioning Electrotechnical systems and equipment. C&G 2360 or equivalent.
  • Level 3 in Inspection, Testing and certification of electrical installations. C&G 2391 or equivalent.
  • Holder of a Full Clean UK Driving Licence
