Location: Witham - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required

Contract: Permanent, Full time - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know

Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in the completion of Projects.

Your day to day will include:

  • Exercise financial control throughout the project to comply with company procedural requirements.
  • Ensure the works are managed to mitigate aby delays and chieve best possible completion dates.
  • Monitor sub-contractor interface and co-ordination meetings: attend as required, Ensure agreed actions are completed.
  • Set clear objectives for direct reports in line with the project plan and role profile: review feedback on progress regularly. Also identify training needs.

    This role of Senior Project Manager is great for you if:

  • Good knowledge of Construction contract conditions and law.
  • Familiar with modern methods of construction technique and building regulations
  • Commercial Awareness
  • Have detailed Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements and expectations of an UKG Contractor.
