Job Title: Training Administrator

We are recruiting a Learning and Development Coordinator on the Devonport Royal Dockyard project. The role forms part of the on-boarding team and contributes to the success of the "workers journey" to site.

The Training Administrator will be required to provide administrative assistance to support compliance training delivery, pre-placement qualification & competency assessment and apprentice recruitment.


Key Responsibilities

In this Training Administrator role, you will

· Ensure that compliance training is organised in the most cost effective and efficient way, to the highest standards utilising local training providers where possible

· Ensure all training administration is completed including sourcing courses, collating data, and distributing the information

· Maintain the L&D databases and ensure that all employees training/qualifications and skills are valid

· Gain and track feedback on all training that is carried out on the project

· Co-ordinate, monitor and record attendance for all courses, toolbox talks and briefings within the Project

· Booking training with the internal/external trainers and ensure fully utilised

· Develop effective on-going relationships at all levels across L&D services, establishing yourself as a credible, respected, and valued administrator, responding to queries directly



What we are looking for

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of working within an L&D administrative function.
  • Strong communication skills with great attention to detail.
